Lost or Damaged Items

Orders that are lost in transit will be handled individually to best serve each case. If your order is damaged prior to arrival, please submit a photo of the damage and the original package it was shipped in to honeysuckle.smallshop@gmail.com. Damage submissions must be emailed within 3 days of the order's arrival to be honored.

If your order was marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please wait a day or two before reaching out. Often, packages do arrive later! If you realize you have a typo or missing information in your shipping address after purchasing your order please reach out to honeysuckle.smallshop@gmail.com as soon as possible to attempt to reach us before We mail your item or redirect the package. Otherwise, we will do our best to help you locate your lost package, but please keep in mind that we have access to the same tracking information you do.

 

Returns

We only accept unused, unopened, and undamaged items for returns. Those items must be returned postmarked within 7 days of the order being received. Once those items are received, a return will be initiated. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

When the 7 day return window has closed but the items are not wanted by the purchaser we always encourage those items to be donated or minimally recycled.
